2. Shareowner obliged to give notification

Sami Ensio 

3. Reason for notification

Sami Ensio's and his children's ownership of the Westend ICT Plc 
votes and shares has exceeded one fourth (25 percent) due to the 
subscription of the share in the directed issue in accordance of the 
resolution of the extraordinary general meeting of the company on 27 
December 2010.  

4. Share of the ownership in the company on 28 December 2010: 

Sami Ensio and his children; 147,109,255 shares, 25.14% of shares and votes. 

Westend ICT Plc has currently 175,571,096 shares and shall have a 
total of 585,236,987 shares when new 409,665,891 issued shares have 
been registered in the Trade Register.
