Notice on change of CEO and the member of the board of AB „Vilniaus degtinė“

July 5th, 2011 by the decision of the AB „Vilniaus degtinė“ Board was revoked
the CEO of Vilniaus degtine AB Domas Kačinskas and elected new CEO of AB
“Vilniaus degtine” - Juozas Daunys. July 5th, 2011 by the decision of the AB
„Vilniaus degtinė“ Supervisory Board Domas Kačinskas was also revoked from the
members of the Management Board of AB „Vilniaus degtinė“ and Aistė Bartašiūtė
was elected as the new member of the Management Board.
