PROHA PLC STOCK OPTION PLANS 2006 AND 2007

In its meeting on January 29, 2009 the Proha Board decided, in accordance with
the terms and conditions of the option plan, to redeem without consideration
option rights due to ended employment with Proha Group. The redemption concerns
in total 22,000 option rights under 2007 Plan and 11,000 option rights under
2006 plan.
