Property investment company Sponda Plc's Annual Report 2014, Financial
Statements, Board of Directors' Report and Corporate Governance Statement have
been published attached to this stock exchange release and on the company

Sponda's first integrated Annual Report

Sponda reports on its responsibility efforts in accordance with the Global
Reporting Initiative (GRI) reporting guidelines. The 2014 Annual Report is
Sponda's first integrated Annual Report published according to the GRI G4
reporting guidelines. 

In the 2014 Annual Report, Sponda discusses the megatrends that are the most
relevant to its operations: urbanisation, climate change, communality and
digitalisation.
