Agrowill Group AB submit proposals to the investors of the bonds issues ISIN LT0000401549, and ISIN LT0000401598 to postpone redemption

Agrowill Group AB appealed to the brokerage company “Orion 
Securities” FMI UAB which represents the investors of the 
bonds issues ISIN LT0000401549, and ISIN LT0000401598 and 
submitted proposals to postpone the redemption of above 
mentioned bonds issue and/or use alternative redemption method.

Conditions of redemption will be announced immediately after 
agreement with investors will be reached.
