FLAGGING NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE FINNISH
SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Restamax Plc has on 7 June 2017 received a flagging notification in accordance
with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act concerning
Restamax Plc's shares.

According to the flagging notification, the proportion of Laine Capital Oy and
Mr Max Oy fully owned by Timo Laine from the total number of Restamax Plc's
shares has decreased from 4,705,994 shares to 4,205,994 shares, or 25.31 per
cent of Restamax Plc's share capital and votes.

Timo Laine owns 100 per cent of Laine Capital Oy. As of 7 June 2017, Timo Laine
owns 100 per cent of the outstanding shares in Mr Max Oy, after which Timo Laine
alone controls Mr Max Oy and has the power to take decisions with the Restamax
Plc shares owned by Mr Max Oy.

On the day of submitting the flagging notification, Laine Capital Oy owns
3,036,000 Restamax Plc shares, or 18.27 per cent of Restamax Plc's share capital
and votes; and Mr Max Oy owns 1,169,994 Restamax Plc shares, or 7.04 per cent of
Restamax Plc's share capital and votes.

Restamax Plc's share capital consists of 16,619,620 shares and votes. Restamax
Plc has one series of shares, and each share carries one vote.
