Primary Dealer agreement with Saga Investment Bank

On 29 April 2011, The Government Debt Management on behalf of the Treasury
signed agreements with five Financial Institutions, called Primary Dealers,
regarding Issuance and Market Making in Treasury securities. 

Saga Investment Bank has now, as one of the above mentioned primary dealers,
informed the Government Debt Management that they can no longer fulfill their
obligation of the Agreement. With reference to Article 11 of the Agreement, the
Government Debt Management has decided to terminate the Agreement with Saga
Investment Bank without further notice.   The Agreement will terminate on 1
September 2011.
