SUBSCRIPTION OF QPR SOFTWARE PLC SHARES WITH OPTION RIGHTS
AS PER STOCK OPTION PLAN 2003/III

The number of shares subscribed by 20 May 2008 under the QPR
Software Plc Stock Option Plan 2003/III with the hitherto
unconverted options amounts to 22,500 shares in the said
company, the price at issue being in total EUR 3,600.00. The
issue price of the shares was EUR 0.16 per share. The period
for subscription of shares commenced on 30 September and
shall expire on 31 December, 2008.

After registration of the increase the company´s share
capital amounts to EUR 1,361,564.93 and is divided into
12,377,863 shares, the book-counter value being EUR 0.11.
The new shares entitle holders to dividends for the current
financial year and yield other shareholder entitlements when
the share capital has been duly registered on the Trade
Register.

In total of 180,000 hitherto unconverted stock options
have been issued in QPR Software´s Stock Option Plans, and
121,290 stock options are held by the Company's subsidiary.
Each option entitles its holder to convert one QPR Software
Plc share.

The company aims to register the increase of the company´s
share capital on the Trade Register and to apply for listing
of the new shares on the Helsinki Exchanges together with
the old shares by 10 June 2008.
