- Announcement of change in Byr's Articles of Association

Byr's Board of Directors filed a motion to change the Savings Bank's Articles
of Association at Byr's Annual General Meeting on May 13, 2009. 

The motion, which was to change Articles 23 and 24 of the Association, was
approved with all votes cast at the meeting against two votes from capital
shareholders. 

Byr's new Articles of Association are attached to this message.
