voting rights of Amer Sports will fall under 5% (1/20) on February
23, 2009 due to transaction completed on February 18, 2009.

The Danske Bank A/S Helsinki Branch holds now 0 shares in Amer Sports
Corporation.

Amer Sports capital consists of 73,045,551 shares in issue.
