Notification of change in shareholding under the Finnish Securities Market Act

Amer Sports Corporation has received information to the effect that
owners of institutional investors and funds, who have given full
discretion over their investments to Silchester International
Investors Limited, has exceeded 15%. Silchester International
Investors Limited now owns 11,017,223 shares, which represent 15.08%
of Amer Sports Corporation's share capital and voting rights.

Amer Sports capital consists of 73,045,551 issued shares.
