The Annual General Meeting of Kotipizza Group Oyj is planned to be held on
Wednesday, 17 May, 2017. Kotipizza Group's Board of Directors will summon the
meeting at a later date. Possible requests from shareholders to include matters
on the agenda of 2017 Annual General Meeting should be submitted in writing no
later than 30 March 2017 by mail to Kotipizza Group Oyj, Board of Directors,

Kotipizza  restaurants were EUR 77.3 million. Kotipizza Group net sales were EUR
56.4 million  for the financial year 2015 with  a comparable EBITDA of EUR 5.03
million respectively.
