Grigiskes AB - Notification on material event

Interim results for July 2008

In July the Group which consists of JSC Grigiskes and daughter enterprise
Baltwood LTD reached a turnover of LTL 10,0 mln. (EUR 2,9 mln.). Over seven
months of this year the Group's turnover outmeasured LTL 87,1 mln. (EUR 25,2
mln.), comparing with the same period 2007 the sales increased by 9,8 %.
