CFO OF COMPTEL CORPORATION HAS RESIGNED                                         

Chief Financial Officer of Comptel Corporation, Mr. Veli Matti Salmenkylä, has  
given his resignation. He will continue to be employed by Comptel during his    
notice period until 15 March 2009. Comptel starts the recruitment of a new CFO  
immediately.
