The sale of 1,344 apartments completed

Today, VVO Group has completed the sale of altogether 1,344 non-restricted
rental apartments, located around Finland, to a company managed by Avant Capital
Partners.

The apartments sold are located in Hämeenlinna, Iisalmi, Imatra, Joensuu,
Kaarina, Kajaani, Kirkkonummi, Kotka, Kouvola, Mikkeli, Oulu, Pirkkala, Pori,
Porvoo, Raisio, Rauma, Rovaniemi, Salo, Tampere and Turku.

The transaction will not have a material impact on VVO Group's financial result.
The parties have agreed that the transaction price will not be disclosed. The
transaction was announced on 21 December 2016.
