IXONOS: NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDINGS under THE PROVISIONS OF Securities
Markets Act 







Pursuant to the Finland's Securities Markets Act, Ixonos Plc has been informed
of the following transaction: 



Holdix Oy has notified that it has acquired 4 166 667 shares of Ixonos Plc in a
direct share issue. After registering the new shares on 13 May 2014 Holdix Oy
owns 19 421 844 shares and voting rights, which is 20,38 percent of the total
shares and votes. 



The terms of the direct share issue has been announced as stock exchange
release on 30 April 2014. 



Ixonos' share capital consists of 95 280 203 shares and votes.
