AFARAK GROUP ANNUAL REPORT 2014 FINNISH TRANSLATION PUBLISHED

Further to announcement of 27 March 2015,  Afarak Group Plc ("Afarak" or the"Company") (LSE: AFRK, NASDAQ: AFAGR) has today published the Finnish
translation of Annual Report 2014. The Finnish translation is available in
electronic format on the Company's website at www.afarak.com.

The Company published the Annual Report in English and the Report by the Board
of Directors, the Financial Statements 2014, the Auditor's Report, the Corporate
Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report in Finnish as separate pdf
files on 27 March 2015.
