The company received an appeal of Plass Investments Limited regarding the decision of court in the case on permission to execute concentration of the company

Alytus, Lithuania, 2012-05-03 10:21 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 2 May 2012
company group “ALITA”, AB (hereinafter, the “Company”) received the appeal of
Plass Investments Limited to the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania
regarding the decision of the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court of 2 April
2012. According to this decision by Vilnius Regional Administrative Court, the
complaint of Plass Investments Limited on abolishing of the resolution of
Competition Council of 28 September 2011 allowing FR&R Invest IGA S.A. to
acquire up to 100 % of shares in the Company, was rejected as groundless (the
Company is included as the third party in this case). The Company has informed
about the aforementioned decision of the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court
on 5 April 2012 by providing a notification on material event. 

In the opinion of management of the Company, the appeal of Plass Investments
Limited to the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania is groundless, and the
Company shall provide  the court its response in due course.
