INFORMATION REGARDING A CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP
Aldata Solution Oyj has today received the following
notification
in accordance with the Chapter 2, Section 9 of Securities Markets
Act:
The conditions of the conditional share transfer agreement announced
on March 29th have been fulfilled and as a result of that, the title
to the shares has passed from Hitech Premium N.V to the purchasers.
