Lietuvos Energija AB - Notification on material event

Regarding Granting of Loan

Lietuvos Energija AB, with regard to the resolution of the Management Board,
dated December 2, 2009, signed a loan agreement on December 3, 2009 according
to which a loan in the amount of 74,000,000 (seventy four million) litas has
been granted to LEO LT AB.
