Tiimari starts co-determination negotiations

Tiimari Plc       Stock Exchange Release December 31, 2007 at 12.00 p.m.        


TIIMARI STARTS CO-DETERMINATION NEGOTIATIONS                                    

Tiimore Oy, a subsidiary of Tiimari Plc, is continuing to refine the company    
structure according to its defined business strategy. According to the mentioned
strategy Tiimore Oy won't be continuing any production activities, and based on 
that plans to close the Kokkola factory.                                        

The target of the change is to simplify and optimize logistic processes of      
Tiimore Oy, which will lead in cost savings. The co-determination negotiations  
will involve 11 persons.
