Componenta Corporation has received the following statement dated 16 March 2010
from Oy Etra Invest Ab concerning a change in its shareholding. 

”Notification of a change of shareholding in accordance with section 9 of
chapter 2 of the Securities Market Act 

Oy Etra Invest Ab's share in the voting rights and share capital of Componenta
Corporation has decreased below 5 per cent due to transaction on 16 March 2010
where Oy Etra Invest Ab sold all its Componenta Corporation shares. Before the
transaction Oy Etra Invest Ab owned 4,347,464 Componenta Corporation shares
representing 24.90% of the company's share capital and after the transaction
the shareholding is 0%. 

In accordance with section 9 of chapter 2 of the Securities Market Act, we
announce to the Financial Supervisory Authority and Componenta Corporation the
following:
