Shares subscribed for under Cramo Plc stock options 2006C

A total of 152 308 Cramo Plc's new shares were subscribed for during the period
between 

March 15, 2012 and May 14, 2012 under the company's stock option rights 2006C.
The entire subscription price of EUR 939 740.36 will be entered in the paid-in
capital. As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of Cramo Plc shares
will increase to 41 714 049. 

The shares subscribed for under the stock options were registered in the Trade
Register on May 28, 2012, as of which date the new shares will establish
shareholder rights. 

Trading in the new shares will begin on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on May 29, 2012.

The share subscription period for stock options 2006C is between October 1,
2011 and January 31, 2013. Each stock option 2006C entitles its holder to
subscribe for 1.3 shares in Cramo. By May 14, 2012 a total of 274 963 Cramo
Plc's new shares were subscribed for under the stock option rights 2006C and a
total of 666 990 stock option rights 2006C remain unexercised. The outstanding
stock options 2006C entitle to a total of 876 087 shares in Cramo.
