United Bankers Plc will publish its financial information in 2024 as follows:

  · Half-Year Financial Report January-June 2024: 23 August 2024

United Bankers observes a 30-day silent period prior to the publication of the
financial information.

The Annual Report including the Financial Statements for the year 2023 will be
published during week 9 on the company's website

United Bankers Plc's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held in Helsinki
on 22 March 2024 at 13.00 EET. The notice to convene the Annual General Meeting
