LASSILA & TIKANOJA BOARD OF DIRECTORS CONSTITUTIVE MEETING

In its constitutive meeting on 24 March 2009, the Board of Directors of Lassila& Tikanoja plc elected Juhani Maijala as Chairman of the Board and Juhani
Lassila as Vice Chairman. 

The Board decided to establish an audit committee. From among its members, the
Board elected Juhani Lassila as chairman and Eero Hautaniemi and Hille Korhonen
as members of the audit committee.
