Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

Amended Articles of Association of Klaipėdos Nafta AB registered

On 9 October 2012, the amended Articles of Association of Klaipėdos Nafta AB
(hereinafter, the “Company”) had been registered with the Register of Legal
Entities of the Republic of Lithuania. 

On 28 September 2012 the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders decided to amend
Clause 17.2 of the Articles of Association of the Company, providing that,
before commencement of the office duties of Board members and the Chairman of
the Board, the Board member agreements may be concluded with them, the
conditions of which shall be established by the Supervisory Council. It was
also decided that other remuneration, than the tantems, may be established and
paid to the independent Board members, based on the decision of the Supervisory
Council.
