LESTO - Notification on material event

Due to public procurement of a long-term loan

LESTO AB, identification code 302577612, registered office placed at Žvejų str.
14, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total number of registered ordinary
shares issued by company is 603 944 593; ISIN code LT0000128449. 

LESTO (hereinafter - the Company) informs that it intends to begin a public
procurement for a long-term loan. The loan amount shall be EUR 75 m. (LTL
258.96 million), loan term - five years. The funds will be used to refinance
the Company's financial liabilities and also, for the working capital needs.
The base interest rate shall be 1 month EURIBOR.
