RAMIRENT PLC'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS' ORGANISATIONAL MEETING                       


Ramirent Plc's Board of Directors held its organisational meeting on April 2,   
2009. In the meeting the Board elected from among its members Peter Hofvenstam  
as its Chairman and Susanna Renlund as Vice Chairman.                           

The Board of Directors established a Working Committee. The duties, include     
among other, the duties of an audit committee, which were assigned to the       
established working committee. Peter Hofvenstam, Kaj-Gustaf Bergh, Ulf Lundahl  
and Susanna Renlund were elected members and Peter Hofvenstam was elected       
Chairman of the Working Committee.
