Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

SC Klaipedos nafta has signed the agreement with SOMITEKNO Ltd.

On 9 November 2011 SC Klaipedos nafta (hereinafter - the Company) has signed
the long-term agreement for oil products transshipment services with Somitekno
Ltd (hereinafter - the Customer). 

According to the above mentioned agreement both parties have agreed on the oil
products transshipment capacity, which forms about 15 % of the Company's total
transshipment capacity. 

With this agreement Company completed the portfolio formation for oil products
transshipment for the year 2012.
