Siauliu Bankas - Notification on material event

New bonds have been issued

 

Šiaulių Bankas AB, company code 112025254, the address Tilžės st. 149, LT-76348 Šiauliai.

Based on the Bank's Management Board's resolution a 3 year bond issue of 20 million euros with 0.60 per cent annual interest has been issued. The bonds  were placed private on 21 December 2017.

The issue terms cover inclusion of the issued bonds in trading on a regulated market - within 12 months from the date of distribution they are intended to be enrolled on the Nasdaq Baltic Debt Securities List. In order to include the bonds in trading, a prospectus disclosing detailed information on the bond issue shall be prepared.
