Tieto's Financial Statements and on-line Annual Report 2010 have been published

Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 23 February 2011, 9.00 am EET

Tieto Corporation's Financial Statements for the accounting period of 1 January-
31 December 2010 has been published in English and Finnish.

The Financial Statements includes the Report by the Board of Directors,
Auditors' Review and the Corporate Governance Statement for 2010. The Financial
Statements and the Corporate Governance Statement are available at
www.tieto.com/Investors and as attachments to this stock exchange release. The
Corporate Governance Statement has been prepared in accordance with the Finnish
Corporate Governance Code.

This year, Tieto will publish its annual report for the first time only as an
online report in English.

The printed copies of the Financial Statements will be available during week
commencing on 7 March 2011.
