Notice on the decision of Bank of Lithuania to cease to consider AB “ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS“ an issuer

AB „ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS“ (hereinafter may be called the Company) informs Bank of
Lithuania decided to cease to consider the Company an issuer on October 12th,
2015. 
On April 22nd, 2015 the general meeting of the shareholders decided to delist
the shares from the trading of the regulated market operating in the Republic
of Lithuania AB „NASDAQ OMX Vilnius“ additional trading list and not to offer
the shares of the Company publicly. The period of implementation of the
official offer: May 22nd, 2015 - June 4th, 2015. The Board of members of AB
NASDAQ OMX Vilnius decided to delist the financial instruments of the Company
from the Additional trading list since September 30th, 2015.
