DIGIA'S FINANCIAL REPORTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2012


Digia Plc will disclose its financial statement bulletin for year 2011 on
Friday, 3 February 2012 at 9:00. 

The company will disclose its interim reports for 2012 as follows:
- Q1/2012 Interim Report: Friday 27 April 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
- Q2/2012 Interim Report: Thursday 9 August 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
- Q3/2012 Interim Report: Friday 26 October 2012 at 9:00 a.m.

Digia plans to publish the financial statement and annual report for year 2011
on Monday 20 February, 2012. 

Digia Plc will hold its Annual General Meeting for 2012 on Tuesday, 13 March
2012, in Helsinki starting at 10:00 a.m.
