AB Bank "FINASTA" - Notification on material event

AB bank „Finasta“issued bond emission

On 12 October 2010 AB bank „Finasta“ finished the issue of bonds linked with
euro zone banks index „Finasta EURO STOXX® Banks 1“, „Finasta EURO STOXX® Banks
2“, „Finasta EURO STOXX® Banks 3“ issued under LTL 300 mln. debt securities
base prospectus. During distribution period (from 13 September 2010 till 12
October 2010) 32277 bonds with nominal value of EUR 100 „Finasta EURO STOXX®
Banks 1“,  5656 bonds with nominal value of EUR 100 „Finasta EURO STOXX® Banks
2“ and 1711 bonds with nominal value of LTL 100 „Finasta EURO STOXX® Banks 3“
were issued. Validity date of bonds - 13 October 2010. Redemption date of bonds
- 17 October 2013.
