Notice Regarding Acquired Ordinary Registered Shares of Technologijų ir Inovacijų Centras UAB

Joint-stock company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA, a joint-stock company established and
functioning under laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code
220551550, registered address Elektrinės g. 21, Elektrėnai (hereinafter - the
Company), data of the company are collected and stored at the Register of Legal
Entities, hereby informs that while implementing electricity sector
reorganization plan and pursuant to resolutions adopted at the general
shareholders meeting dated September 28, 2010, by entering into shares signing
contract on October 13, 2010 acquired 22,468,259 (twenty two million four
hundred sixty eight thousand two hundred and fifty nine) newly issued ordinary
registered shares of Technologijų ir Inovacijų Centras UAB (code 302527488,
registered address Žvejų g. 14, Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania) with the
nominal value equal to 1 (one) litas, the emission price of each one is equal
to the nominal value, i.e. 1 (one) litas, which comprises approximately 50.66
per cent of all shares of Technologijų ir Inovacijų Centras UAB. 

The Company and Technologijų ir Inovacijų Centras UAB, by entering into shares
signing contract have agreed that the newly issued ordinary registered shares
of Technologijų ir Inovacijų Centras UAB with the nominal value of 1 (one)
litas will be paid by the Company in monetary and non-monetary deposits.  In
this way, having entered into the aforesaid shares signing contract, the
Company lost 1 500 000 (one million five hundred thousand) ordinary registered
non-material shares of InterLinks UAB (limited liability company, registered
address Žvejų g. 14, Vilniaus m., Vilniaus m. sav., the Republic of Lithuania,
legal entity code 301817944, VAT payer code LT100004268219) with the nominal
value 1 (one) litas, comprising 100 (one hundred) per cent of InterLinks UAB
authorized capital and 18,478 (eighteen thousand four hundred and seventy
eight) ordinary registered non-material shares of Kruonio Investicijos UAB
(limited liability company, registered address Kruonio II k., Kruonio sen.,
Kaišiadorių r. sav., the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 300634954,
VAT payer code LT100003223011) with nominal value 100 (one hundred) litas,
comprising 78.26 (seventy eight cents and twenty six hundredths) per cent of
Kruonio Investicijos UAB authorized capital.
