Notification of change in shareholding under the Finnish Market Act             


Tiimari Plc has received information that Baltiska Handels A.B's share of equity
and voting rights in Tiimari Plc has decreased to below one-twentieth (1/20) on 
September 29th, 2008 after the directed emission decided on by Tiimri Plc on the
same day.   Baltiska Handels A.B. holds 516,483 Tiimari Plc shares, its share of
Tiimari Plc share capital and voting rights before the directed emission was    
one-twentieth (1/20) or 5.002 % and after the emission the share of equity and  
voting rights is 4,57% and below one-twentieth (1/20).                          

Tiimari capital before the emission consist of 10,311,070 issued shares and of  
11,311,070 shares after the emission.
