Agrowill group acquired subsidiary in Russian Federation

Agrowill Group AB acquired 75 percent of Agroprom ZAO shares. Further 
expansion in Russian Federation will be carried out via the acquired
company. A centralized management model tested in Lithuania by 
Agrowill Group AB will be also implemented in Russia.
