INFORMATION REGARDING A CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP
Aldata Solution Oyj has today received the following
notification
in accordance with the Chapter 2, Section 9 of Securities Markets
Act:
The conditions of the conditional share transfer agreement announced
yesterday have been fulfilled and as a result of that, the ownership
of the shares will be transferred to Symphony Technology within the
coming seven business days. When completed, Symphony's holding in the
Company will be approximately 29 percent of the share capital and the
voting rights.

Under Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Market Act, Symphony has
notified the Company and the Financial Supervision Authority that
upon implementation of the Agreement the holding of Symphony will
exceed 25 percent of the Company's voting rights and share capital.
