Notification of cancellation of Amer Sports Corporation Extraordinary General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Amer Sports Corporation has decided to
cancel the Extraordinary General Meeting summoned to be held on April
28, 2009 after receiving notice of Novator Finland Oy's cancellation
of its demand for an Extraordinary General Meeting.

Novator Finland Oy's demand to convene an Extraordinary General
Meeting was published on March 5, 2009 and the invitation to the
