Tecnotree’s Financial Reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2014

Tecnotree will disclose its financial statements bulletin for year 2013 on
Wednesday, 5th February 2014, week 6. 

Tecnotree's interim reports in 2014 will be released as follows:

- Interim report 1-3/2014: Tuesday, 29th April 2014, week 18
- Interim report 1-6/2014: Wednesday, 13th August 2014, week 33
- Interim report 1-9/2014: Wednesday, 29th October 2014, week 44

A briefing will be held for analysts, investors and media after the publication
of these reports. 

The company applies a three (3) weeks closed period before the publication date
of the annual or interim report. During this time the company refrains from
discussing with representatives of the capital markets and the media about the
financial position or business operations of Tecnotree. 

Tecnotree publishes financial information in English and Finnish. All releases

Annual General Meeting

Tecnotree's Annual General Meeting 2014 will be held on Wednesday, 26 March
2014 in Helsinki, Finland.
