Patrick von Essen appointed as Dovre Group´s new CEO

Dovre Group's Board of Directors has appointed Patrick von Essen as the new
Chief Executive Officer of Dovre Group. Von Essen will also be heading Dovre
Group´s Consulting Business.  Patrick von Essen will assume his position as CEO
during the spring 2014. 

Dovre Group´s Chief Financial Officer, Tarja Leikas, will assume the position
as acting Chief Executive Officer December 17, 2013 onwards. The current CEO,
Janne Mielck, will take up development duties assigned by the Board. 

Patrick von Essen, 50, (M.Sc. Eng.) has more than 20 years of experience in the
energy sector and consultancy. Von Essen has held several senior management
positions in Pöyry Group, ABB and Neste Jacobs. Currently Von Essen is Vice
President, Real Estate, at Fiskars Plc.

background and qualifications to develop and lead Dovre's consulting and
project management businesses further and to utilize the synergies between
Consulting and Project Personnel business areas like Dovre Group has already
