Financial reporting of Cencorp Corporation in 2008

Cencorp Corporation will publish its financial statements bulletin 2007 on      
February 28, 2008. The Annual Report 2007 will be published on March 31, 2008.  
In 2008 interim reports of Cencorp Corporation will be released according to the
following schedule:                                                             

- January - March: on May 13, 2008                                              
- January - June: on August 21, 2008                                            
- January - September: on November 6, 2008                                      
Annual General Meeting of Cencorp Corporation will be held on April 17, 2008.
