CEO Pekka Eloholma leaves Affecto Plc

Pekka Eloholma has today announced his resignation as the CEO of Affecto Plc.
Eloholma will continue in his duties until the end of this year. "Under Pekka Eloholma's management Affecto has made a great leap and has become
the leading Nordic player in the selected Enterprise Information Management
areas. I want to warmly thank Pekka for a good job during the last seven years
and for maintaining a positive atmosphere in the company. Affecto is in good
shape, but the board has concluded that accelerating Affecto's development
requires new energy and a fresh perspective and therefore the change of
leadership is a natural step ", says Aaro Cantell, the Chairman of Affecto's
Board of Directors. "It has been great to be in charge of Affecto's international growth and
development to becoming the leading Nordic Enterprise Information Management
solution provider during the last seven years. The company is now in good
shape, ready for the next steps, and I believe that this is a good time to
change CEO", says Pekka Eloholma. 

Eloholma's successor will be selected via a standard CEO recruitment process
initiated by Affecto's board. Lars Wahlström, a board member of Affecto, has
been appointed as the interim CEO as of 1.1.2014.
