Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Rytų Skirstomieji Tinklai AB did not take place

In the absence of a quorum, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of
Rytų Skirstomieji Tinklai AB (hereinafter referred to as RST AB) did not take
place. 

At its meeting on 15 April, the Government of the Republic of Lithuania decided
to charge the Ministry of Economy (the holder of state-owned shares in RST AB)
with authorising its representative at the General Meeting of Shareholders of
RST AB to vote in favour of the decision not to allocate the Company's 2007
profit available for appropriation for dividends.
