Shares subscribed with warrants in Solteq Plc

SOLTEQ PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT ON February 15th, 2008

A total of 1.500 shares in Solteq Plc have been subscribed with the
serie 2000 B warrants, a total of 33.500 shares in Solteq Plc have
been subscribed with the serie 2001 A warrants, a total of 10.700
shares in Solteq Plc have been subscribed with the serie 2003 A
warrants, a total of 12.000 shares in Solteq Plc have been subscribed
with the serie 2003 B warrants and a total of 3.000 shares in Solteq
Plc have been subscribed with the serie 2005 A warrants 31.12.2007.
The subscription price in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of
the Warrants of serie 2000 B is EUR 1,70, the subscription price in
accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Warrants of serie
2001 A is EUR 0,90, the subscription price in accordance with the
Terms and Conditions of the Warrants of serie 2003 A is EUR 0,40, the
subscription price in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the
Warrants of serie 2003 B is EUR 0,60 and the subscription price in
accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Warrants of serie
2005 A is EUR 1,30. The corresponding increase in the share capital
due to these subscriptions with the warrants, in total EUR 5.042,27,
was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on 15.2.2008. As a
result of the increase, the share capital of Solteq currently is EUR
1.009.154,17 and the total number of shares is 12.148.429.

The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders'
rights from the registration date, i.e. 15.2.2008. Listing of the new
shares based on subscriptions with warrants will be applied for at
the Helsinki Exchanges together with the old shares beginning
18.2.2008.

Solteq's share subscription programme with warrants has ended on
December 31, 2007.
