Fiskars has signed a EUR 100 million revolving credit facility

Fiskars Corporation has today signed a EUR 100 million revolving credit
facility with Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ), Branch Operation in Finland. The
new facility replaces the company's existing EUR 100 million revolving credit
facility signed in December 2007. The new facility has a tenor of five years
and serves for general corporate purposes. 

Fiskars has a total of EUR 480 million in committed credit facilities with
Nordic banks.
