On amendents to the Shareholders agreement

The amendments have been made to the Shareholders Agreement, dated 24 February
2006, as a result of which the parties to the Shareholders Agreement are no
longer obliged to agree upon voting regarding the decisions in the General
Meeting of Shareholders and the Board pertaining to the governance of Sanitas
AB. The amendments came into effect as of 12 January 2009.
