1. The AB “Dvarcioniu keramika” board were approved the company's General
Director Audris Imbrasas request for resignation from the company's head office
from 2013 February 15. 

2. Audris Imbrasas remains a board member.

3. The company's board elected the General Director Remigijus Šerys from 2013
February 18th.
