CHANGES IN RAMIRENT’S GROUP MANAGEMENT TEAM

Erik Høi, Senior Vice President of Ramirent Denmark and member of the Group
Management Team has decided to leave the company by mutual agreement. He
remains working in the company in an advisory role until latest 31 May 2014. 

Until a successor is appointed, Johan Eckerby, currently Business Controller in
Ramirent Plc, has been appointed interim Managing Director for the Danish
subsidiary Ramirent A/S with effect 14 April 2014. Johan Eckerby reports to
Erik Alteryd, EVP of Ramirent Sweden. 

Erik Høi, a 29-year veteran in the construction and machine rental industry,
joined Ramirent in 2004 through the acquisition of NCC's machinery department
Altima and has been heading Ramirent's operations in Denmark since then. "I
wish to thank Erik for his committed work and contribution to the development
of the Ramirent Group through many different phases. I highly appreciate the
value that Erik has brought to our Danish business and I wish him all the best
for the future," says Magnus Rosén, President and CEO.
