Rokiskio Suris AB - Notification on material event

Sales of AB ”Rokiskio suris” group for January-February 2009

In February 2009, the consolidated non-audited sales made LTL 39.902 million
(EUR 11.556 million), i.e. by 11.37 per cent less than in the same period of
last year. In February 2008, the consolidated non-audited sales made LTL 45.021
million (EUR 13.039 million) 
The preliminary consolidated non-audited sales of AB ”Rokiskio suris” group for
January-February 2009 reached LTL 85.782 million (EUR 24.844 million), i.e. by
6,20 per cent less than in the same period last year. The two months of 2008
consolidated sales made LTL 91.449 million (EUR 26.485 million).
